Registration for Infant Baptism

Child's Information

All of the following documents must be submitted:
1. Child's birth certificate.
2. Copies of Parent's Photo ID
3. The Godparent’s Affirmation of Eligibility Form.
4. Godparent's proof of sacraments of initiation (Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation, if married in the Church, certificate of Marriage)
We strongly encourage you not to make any celebration plans or travel arrangements until a date has been secured and confirmed with the Baptism Coordinator.

Le recomendamos que no haga planes de la celebracion o planes de viaje hata que haya confirmado la fecha con nuestra coordinadora de bautizos.

English - The Second Saturday of the month (8am-12pm)
Español (Dos clases obligatorias) Primer y Segundo lunes del mes ambas de 6:45pm a 8:45pm

Godparent's Information / Informacion de los padrinos

A Godparent must be in good standing with the Catholic Church
- If you are a couple seeking to be Godparents, you must be married in the Catholic Church. A copy of the marriage certificate is required, please email a copy of your certificate to aalfonso@truecrosschurch.org with the child seeking Baptism on the subject line
- If you are single, you cannot be living with someone outside the sacrament of Marriage
- Catholics who are married by the justice of Peace or another church without special permission or those cohabitating DO NOT meet the requirements for this role
- Godparents must be practicing Catholics, attending Mass every Sunday and Holy days of obligation and regularly receiving Communion
Los padrinos deben vivir de acuerdo a la Fe Catolica
- Si son pareja, deben estar casados por la Iglesia Catolica
- Se requiere una copia del certificado de matrimonio, por favor envie la copia del certificado a aalfonso@truecrosschurch.org con el nombre del niño (a) que va a bautizar en la linea de asunto
- Si es soltero, no puede estar viviendo con alguin fuera del sacramneto de matrimonio
- Los Catolicos que estan casados por lo civil o en otra iglesia sin permiso especial o aquellos que vien en union libre NO CUMPLEN CON LOS REQUISITOS para este rol
- Los padrinos deben ser Catolicos practicantes, que asisten a Misa todos los domingos y los dias de obligacion y recibir la comunion con regularidad
